Abstract The article substantiates the need to form strategic competence of future teachers in postgraduate education. authors formulated concept “strategic leadership a teacher” and presented components indicators competence. effectiveness curriculum “Pedagogical management modern school” developed implemented educational process forming teacher is proved. Confirmation maintained by results study, which showed positive dynamics level researched formation.
